We can offen see Trumpet shell (Triton's horn) but usually we can't see their boby very well, as they hide in the shell. Nice, eh?

Hanna show us a shell that does eat a Red sea starfish. As you see only two legs left... The Sea star will cut his body and will escape! And don't worry, it will not die... the other three legs will grow again!

I did ask this lovely little girl, if she is OK and she did answer with the known sign "OK" but she still wanted to keep her shell with her fingers! An other sign came out...!!! (...i didn't ask again...!!!)

Red comb-star is a big sea star and lives in deeper water, in the sand. If some one annoy it, immediately it will disapear in the sand!

Those eggs of a Common cuttlefish are almost ready to "open" and let the little new cuttlefishes come out! You can see them, completely shaped, swimming in the eggs!

Hermit crabs do not build a "house". They search for empty shells of snails to stay in. This is a "homeless" crab. But not for long! Look at the next pics!

The snail of the Cowries (Spotted cowrie here) comes out and cover the shell, that's why those shells are so shiny. They can perfectly hide between the algae... Divers, often don't see them but there are plenty of them!

Most of species use their colour of shape to hide from their enemies. Here is a crab in a small hole. You can see its eyes at the lower side!
